What can I eat?
Unless you have an underlying health problem, your diet should be pretty unrestricted. You may, however, find that a particular food causes you problems. The best way is to chew all food very thoroughly and introduce any foods which may cause you problems one at a time. Then, if you do have problems, you know which food to avoid.
